The Brazilian Diaries | After Movie
I have a long history with Brazil — a country of heat and rain, samba and silence, vast coasts and hidden jungles. Each visit peels back another layer. Last year we returned with a beautiful, curious group: people ready to celebrate life, to retreat, to rest, to be inspired and to recharge away from the hum of everyday demands.
We arrived like different notes tuning into the same song. Mornings began with Qi-Yo yoga and stretching. Some days flowed into martial arts practice and breathwork.
We used kambo and plant medicines in respectful, safe circles. The rituals opened things up. Tears, laughter, and quiet felt like needed weather for inner clearing. Meals were bright and comforting—fresh fruit and strong flavors that felt like a hug for the nervous system.
This was a retreat to break patterns, to return to our true frequency.
Now we share the after movie — The Brazilian Diaries — Watch for the moments that made us laugh, the ones that made us still, and the ones that asked us to step a little closer to who we are.
