I’m Johan Herder — mindset coach, bodywork practitioner, life architect, and visual storyteller.
I help you bring thought, feeling, and action into alignment — so you can live with calm, focus, and inner leadership. This is not just coaching; it’s a reset of the mind and body. A weaving of bodywork, awareness, conscious routines, and principles from martial arts, Qi-Yo Yoga, cold training, and over a decade of guiding thousands through deep transformation.
My work is forged in the fires of my own journey. Hitchhiking across borders with nothing but trust. Months living without money, finding wealth in human connection. Nights in the jungle, sleeping under a sky heavy with stars. Plant medicines that stripped away everything false, leaving only what was real. And again and again — choosing to follow my heart, even when the path was steep, uncertain, and frightening.
These experiences taught me what no book can: true transformation is not theory — it is lived. It is the courage to write your own story and walk it. And when you dare to lead your life from that place, doors open you never knew existed.

My approach wasn’t born behind a desk — it was forged in the fire of real life. Years of guiding deep transformational processes and training in Qi-Yo Yoga, kungfu, and martial arts, enriched with life experience you can’t buy: learning to trust with minimal means, finding my way in unfamiliar cultures, sleeping under the stars, in the wild, and on the streets, and embracing the unknown as my greatest teacher.

1. What exactly is the Mindset Reset Program?
It’s a fully tailored 1-on-1 coaching journey where we work on your mindset, body awareness, and daily routines. We combine coaching, bodywork, martial arts principles, Qi-Yo Yoga, micro-challenges, and practical tools for lasting change.
2. How is this different from regular coaching?
This isn’t just talk-based coaching — it’s a blend of mental and physical work. We align your thinking, feeling, and actions so that change doesn’t just stay in your head, but shows up in your everyday life.
3. How long does the program last?
That depends on your needs and goals. Some people choose just a few intensive sessions, others commit to a program of 4 to 12 weeks or longer.
4. Can this program be fully online?
Yes. I work both in person in Drenthe and online with clients worldwide. Both formats are equally effective — we’ll choose the approach that best fits your situation.
5. Do I need to be athletic or fit to join?
No. The bodywork is always adapted to your level and abilities. The goal is balance and energy — not performance or competition.
6. Do you always work with Kambo or ceremonies?
No. Ceremonial work is entirely optional and only offered on request. The Mindset Reset Program can be done without it. My experience with these methods can add depth, but the program stands fully on its own.
7. How much does the program cost?
Your investment depends on the length and intensity of your program. We’ll discuss this after your free intake, so it aligns with your goals, time, and budget.
